I have been a Texas REALTOR® since 1998. This career has been built on being in the relationship business rather than the selling business. Working in a rural area such as ours has given me the opportunity to gain years of experience in residential, commercial, farm & ranch, and unimproved properties. Our buyers, sellers, and property management clients range from multi-family investors to recreational lake home owners to owner-occupied residential homes. Close proximity to Sam Houston State University offers us some unique challenges and opportunities with student and faculty housing needs; we enjoy working with these newcomers to our area.
